WWW.STRATAGEMA.ORG is an information resource and a discussion forum, founded and supported by the International Institute of Political Expertise (IIPE)
Launched on 25 May 2004, the site was designed to meet the demands of a variety of both expert and non-expert readers, such as politicians, political consultants, journalists, researchers, lobbyists, corporate PR specialists etc.
The project is aimed at publishing different kinds of analytical data, including research reports, expert interviews, articles on political and economic issues and commentary. It also provides opportunity for further discussion.
STUDIES section contains reports of the research projects, carried out by the IIPE and its partners.
In the INTERVIEWS section are placed the interviews with practicing politicians, political consultants, professional lobbyists and other experts in related fields.
The media releases of IIPE analysts can be found in the PUBLICATIONS section.
LOBBYING and POLITICAL TECHNOLOGIES sections are filled with topical articles.
Our special project – PRESIDENT 2004 – is devoted to comparative analysis of the presidential campaign dynamics in Russia, Ukraine and the USA.

By launching this project we seek to contribute to the formation of a global expert community, sharing the same understanding of political theory and practice and communicating advanced professional experience.
